A-sashi Fast Delivery (AFD) Service

Now you can get your IT needs fulfilled by placing your order with us from 10am to 4pm. Upon confirmation of payment received, we will arrange third party to deliver your order.

Step 1 : WhatsApp the number stated to get info on price & stock availability.
Step 2 : Get info on the price, stock availability, delivery cost (after providing info on receiver’s name, receiver’s contact, delivery date & delivery address).
Step 3 : Make payment to reserve the stock (if you’re a member of Asashi, kindly provide your member’s detail - mobile number before making any payment to enjoy the member's benefits) . Payment options:

Step 4 : Provide the bank in slip OR screenshot of payment advice
Step 5 : Get Receipt Number & wait for your order to arrive.

1. What is Asashi Fast Delivery (AFD) Service?
WhatsApp-For-Delivery offers you a new way of ordering your IT products or gadgets. You can now order through the WhatsApp number and make payment through Maybank/JomPay so that we may arrange for third-party delivery on the appointed date.

2. Is AFD service available across Malaysia?
No. This service currently covers the Klang Valley only because the order is fulfilled from the outlet. Therefore, the delivery cost may differ according to the distance from the outlet to your location as we are using Lalamove. Lalamove does not cover Hulu Langat, Kuala Selangor, Rawang & Sepang. For delivery to this area or out of Klang Valley, please shop at our e-Commerce site: https://www.asashi.com.my/

4. When are the operating hours for AFD Service?
You may place your order from 10.00am to 4.00pm from Mondays to Saturday excluding public holidays. However, delivery hours may vary depending on availability of Lalamove’s driver and your appointed date. You must ensure to be around to receive the goods. Failing which, the goods will be returned to us and customer has to bear all the additional costs to resend the goods (e.g. cost of returning the goods to the outlet, cost of resending the goods to the customer & cost of insurance for resending the goods).


5. What are the payment options available for AFD Service?

Please provide the payment slip OR screenshot for us to check and confirm payment received before we can provide you the Receipt Number and arrange for third-party delivery.

6. Can I make changes or cancel my order after placing an order?
No changes allowed after payment received.

7. How much time does it take for my order to arrive?
Upon confirmation of payment received latest by 4.00pm, we will book Lalamove for same day delivery. For payment received after 4.00pm, we will arrange for the next day delivery. You must ensure to be around to receive the goods. Failing which, the goods will be returned to us and customer has to bear all the additional costs to resend the goods (e.g. cost of returning the goods to the outlet, cost of resending the goods to the customer & cost of insurance for resending the goods).

8. Does AFD Service offer the same product at the outlet?
Yes. You may list out your wish-list to us through WhatsApp and our staff will check the stock availability to quote you accordingly. Our staff will also WhatsApp you if there’s any on-going promotion for the outlet.

9. Is there any additional charge for AFD Service?
Although we do not charge for this service, the customer has to bear the third-party cost such as delivery cost & insurance cost. The delivery will vary in price, depending on the distance as well as the size of the item because rate for the delivery using motorbike and rate for the delivery using car is different. The insurance will vary in price, depending on the item’s value. Customer should pay the delivery & insurance costs together with the item’s price during instant transfer to our bank account.

10. Is there a minimum order requirement for AFD Service?
There is no minimum order requirement for this service, but the customer has to bear the third-party cost such as delivery cost & insurance cost. Customer should pay the delivery & insurance costs together with the item’s price during instant transfer to our bank account.

11. Can I schedule my order in advance?
Yes, however, the stock will only be reserved for you after confirmation of payment received. Therefore, please provide us the bank in slip, delivery date, receiver’s name & contact.

12. Do I get to enjoy any member’s benefits if I purchase through AFD Service?
Members of Asashi can enjoy member price through WhatsApp-For-Delivery. However, customers must inform their member’s detail such as mobile number before making any purchase. Even if the customer’s WhatsApp number is the same as the member’s detail, it is the customer’s responsibility to inform before making any purchase so that the cashier can key in the transaction into the correct system to be eligible for member price.

13. Can I order through the Asashi website and get Lalamove to collect my order?
No. Our e-Commerce site’s infrastructure is using different courier services.

Now you can get your IT needs fulfilled by placing your order with us from 10am to 6pm. Upon confirmation, you may pick up your order on the same day from 12pm to 8pm.

Step 2 : Get info on the price, stock availability(Provide collector’s name, mobile number & pickup time).
Step 3 : Make payment to reserve the stock (if you’re a member of Asashi, kindly provide your member’s detail - mobile number before making any payment to enjoy the member's benefits) . Payment options:

2. Is ASP Service available at all A-sashi Outlet?
Yes, it is!

3. What are the benefits of Self Pick-Up?
Save time & safer way to shop for your IT needs. You can now get the latest info on the promotions and save time in asking about stock availability as well as the price. All is done through WhatsApp communication; you just need to make payment & pick up the order at the outlet. And this service is FREE with no additional charge

An invoice in softcopy will be given as an indication that your stock is ready for collection for that day till 8pm only. You will need to show this softcopy at the cashier counter to pick up the item.

14. What are the safety rules?
The safety rules are some rules & regulations that we have set so that customers can shop at ease in Asashi during pandemic period. Examples are:
- Only a minimum number of customers are allowed in the outlet at all time;
- Customers must wear face masks to enter the premise;
- We will check the temperature of all visitors and staff before allowing the person to enter the premise;
- Use the sanitizer provided; and
- Practise social distancing such as lining up 1 meter away.
The safety rules are not limited to as stated above, but will update from time to time so that all customers can shop at ease with us.

15. Can I send someone to pick up my order?
Yes. Please provide your representative’s name, mobile number & pickup time to us. You will also need to provide our invoice softcopy to your representative for verification purposes during pickup.
